Anyone else feeling like they need to get back on track this week? I am– spring is in the air! I’m doing some meal prep for the week, and I wanted to share the recipe for the smoothie I take with me to work every day. I LOVE this recipe for many reasons:

  • It contains over 15 grams of protein
  • It allows me to get a serving of vegetables at breakfast
  • It’s easy to make and portable
  • It’s low in calories
  • It tastes more like dessert than breakfast

I’m a big fan of batch cooking and freezing meals. It helps me keep my weeknights easy and filled with Netflix– just how I like them. Monkey Bread with an Orange Glaze

I went to a family party for Chinese New Year this past weekend at my Aunt and Uncle’s. All of our family gatherings are filled with delicious homemade food, and this was no exception! It was an extra treat this time to try so many Chinese dishes, and was a lot of fun as usual.
